I am having this problem as well. I also have a Samsung Nook and when I go to download from sources not preloaded on this Fire, the app gets downloaded on my Nook. When I go to " devices " on my Nook, it doesn't recognize the Fire even though they are supposed to be in sync. Is the problem my Goggle account? I would suggest that you download from your home computer to kindle. I was able to download the Airtime player but my Kindle Fire 10 does not support the Southwest App for some reason.
